Though I originally made my living as a photojournalist, and then branched out into a range of business activities for many years, since I returned to doing photography full-time in the mid-90’s my passion has been the luminous landscape. But an abiding love of nature and the desire to take on new challenges has lead me to increasingly explore wildlife photography.

Shootout Followup
My article comparing high-end 35mm digital to medium format, titledThe Ultimate Shootout, generated considerable discussion. I'd have been surprised if it hadn't. Based on some
